Known Issues & Fixes
Issue 1: Took more than 60s to allocate workspace. Restarting PC.
In order to fix this issue, please, restart your PC and retry.
Issue 2: No Hardware Virtualization Capabilities Found. Hardware Virtualization is currently disabled. Please enable virtualization in your BIOS/UEFI (VTx/VTd Intel / SVM AMD).
In order to fix this issue, please head up inside BIOS and enable VTx / VTd (Intel) or SVM (AMD)
Issue 3: GPU Driver (NVIDIA) Requires Update. Please update to the latest version using GeForce App.
In order to fix this issue, head up in GeForce App and update your NVIDIA GPU to the latest version available
Issue 4: Hyper-V is enabled. Please disable Hyper-V and try again. The loader will shut down now.
This issue is happening when Windows Hyper-V is running. You can head up inside "Turn Windows Features On or Off" and disable it.

Issue 5: Failed to get permissions. There is a service / software blocking the software access. Please, check for any Anticheats running or if Windows Defender is on.
Basically, this issue is being fixed by using DControl. If that does not fix the issue, please, carefully review if you own any active anticheats (such as FaceIT, Vanguard, etc). This issue can be solve ONLY and ONLY by you, not by our team.
Issue 6: A VPN or network filter driver (e.g., NetLimiter | Cloudflare (1.1.1.1) ) is active. Disable it and try again. Proceeding to spoof while a VPN is active could cause BSODs
This issue means that the software detected a running wintun.sys driver (which is used by DNS/VPN software). Warning. This message is 100% accurate, so if you open a ticket claiming "but I don't have any VPN running", keep in mind that wintun.sys was detected as actively running.
Issue 7: Something went wrong. This issue will be fixed after a computer restart. Your PC will restart after you press 'OK'
What this means is that our way of identifying if the software was already ran once on your current session, you must restart in order to be able to re-try. The reason why this is happening is because allowing you to run a 2nd session on the current session could cause instability. All you have to do is to restart your computer and try again.
Issue 8: There was an error loading the Hyper-V. Your PC will automatically restart.
If you get this error, please, try to restart your computer and then retry. If you STILL have this issue 2 times in a row, then open a ticket.
Issue 9: Stuck at 11%
If you are stuck at 11%, this issue usually happens due to insufficient permissions when deleting & running commands pre spoofing & post spoofing. You are going to open a ticket if this issue does not solve by restarting your PC & having no anticheat or antivirus running
Alternatively, you can run the following commands:
(PowerShell)
If this command fails, try to run: (CMD)
Alternatively, if you have more than 1 disk, you can do
Where C, D, E are your Disk Letters. Add as many as you have

Issue 10: Permanent BSOD
Let's make the difference between a permanent BSOD and a non-permanent BSOD.
A permanent BSOD is when anything you would do, no matter what you try, you keep BSOD-ing. This type is a case-sensitive BSOD which is happening due to old hardware (old CPU) most of the time. Open a ticket and request a custom build.
A non-permanent BSOD is a BSOD that occurs rarely. E.g: I am installing a game and my SSD is on 100% load and I decide to spoof. -> This can cause a BSOD
Please, open a ticket ONLY for a permanent BSOD.
