# Loader Login Menu Doesn't Open

* Make sure you did the [Pre-loader setup](https://lewislitt.life/Store/Instructions.pdf), use a vpn if the website doesnt load.
* Uninstall all 3rd party antiviruses that you may have installed.
* Make sure everything within windows defender is off.
* Make sure that Face-It or Vanguard or Kernel Anti-Virus is uninstalled.
